This Refund & Return Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made through Northland Bags Wholesale. Please review the policy carefully before placing a wholesale order.
Return Eligibility
Wholesale returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Only regular-priced wholesale items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
