Order Processing
All wholesale orders placed on Northland Bags are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates (Wholesale Orders)
Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated based on the total order value before taxes and discounts. Rates are applied automatically at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

- Re-delivery or return shipping fees will be charged to the buyer.
Damaged or Missing Orders
- Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos and order details to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Fees & Refunds
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Orders cancelled after shipment are not eligible for shipping refunds.
